Description

Melkings is the sound project of Jim Strong & Thomas DeAngelo. Group gather rarely, making day sessions and recording the outcome of these improvisations, collecting object sounds, experiment with cassette manipulation etc.

On these recordings Melkings use a big variety of sound sources like Tapes, telephone, voice, electronics, home-made instruments, power tools, car etc. The material was recorded on June 3rd & 5th of 2018 and mixed on February of 2019.

Movement Musik is a creative sound montage, that documents their experimental acts. This is a maximalistic anti-art noise album, near to the aesthetic of vitrine records releases.
