Kjostad (aka Breaking The Will, Stefan Aune) is a New York based noise artist. His work has previously released on Throne Heap & New Forces.

Kjostad presents ‘Weathering’, an album of physical organic sounds performed across multiple temporalities. Emphasis on density, texture, and concussion. Elemental music for things left buried in the ground. ‘Weathering’ was originally released as a very limited triple cassette box set on New Forces, and Satatuhatta is very happy to reissue this immersive, textural work as a double CD, reaching more ears and unearthing buried artifacts.
